National Capital Hospital is currently seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure and Security Lead to join their team. This role involves managing the hospital's IT systems, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating breakdowns, liaising with external contractors, and ensuring compliance with relevant statutory requirements. This position requires a high level of technical expertise, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have general IT / Telephony/ Security experience, Fire & Emergency training, and experience in Facility Management (Hospital Setting preferred). They will also possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a qualification in a relevant field. As a key member of the team, the System Administrator - IT and Telephony will be responsible for identifying efficiencies and implementing strategies to achieve results. They will also be required to prioritize and schedule work efficiently, manage external contractors, negotiate best prices, and ensure efficient usage of the facility's low patient activity times to plan significant works. Additional responsibilities include maintaining statutory compliance records, providing management reports as requested, and working with the financial accountant to ensure all equipment is asset identified and maintained appropriately.
