Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Solutions Delivery Lead to join our team in the Digital Delivery Branch. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and skills across a wide range of enterprise IT systems, technologies, and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of complex digital solutions in an agile environment, including day-to-day support for the agile development team
  • Engage with business and ICT stakeholders on all aspects of the solution and/or project
  • Manage scope, risks, and issues effectively, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a small to medium-sized team, consisting largely of business systems analysts, software developers, and test analysts
  • Collaborate with other roles and skills across the division, including IT architecture, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, and Cloud platform Operations

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A self-starter with extensive knowledge and skills across a wide range of enterprise IT systems, technologies, and capabilities
  • An understanding of Commonwealth procurement is highly desirable
  • Strong track record of delivering complex digital solutions in an agile environment
  • Effective leadership skills, with the ability to work and lead others in an environment which is at times ambiguous and subject to evolving requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, including adapting to different audiences
