Key Responsibilities:

  • Process financial transactions, including receipts, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Manage debtor accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments.
  • Investigate and resolve customer disputes and issues.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
