
Inventory Operations Manager

A key role in our logistics network, the Inventory Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily inventory operations and stock control.
This includes managing goods-in, digital inventory records, and ensuring safety standards are met. The successful candidate will lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily cycle counts, weekly digital stocktakes, and investigate stock discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Process purchase orders, delivery dockets, and reconcile supplier accounts.
- Coordinate with procurement and packaging teams to manage meal SKU rotation, stock availability, and report on holdings and shorts.
- Ensure accurate receival, labeling, and inventory management of all products through internal systems.
- Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or a related field.
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and investigation skills.
- Safety training or certifications (e.g. Occupational Health & Safety) or a strong focus on hazard and incident management.
