Job Title

We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our team.

The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and management of inventory movements, ensuring that goods are transported from our site to customers across the country in a timely and efficient manner. This role involves managing relationships with external courier and freight service partners, coordinating logistics and communicating with other departments within the organization.

This is a full-time position requiring regular working hours on-site in Karawatha, Brisbane, Tuesday-Saturday 6am-2pm. As part of this role, you will be required to coordinate delivery schedules, track inventory levels and manage stock movement records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track inventory movements nationwide to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of inventory records and reports.
  • Support the production and shopping departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently.

Requirements

  • Logistics experience preferably 2+ years.
  • Attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing requirements.
  • Knowledge of inventory management processes recommended.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Collaborative attitude and strong communication skills.
