We are seeking a skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our inventory planning and control function, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate forecasting and efficient inventory management across our global supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead monthly demand planning cycles, refining forecasts by analysing sales data, market trends, and new product launches to ensure optimal accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain balanced inventory levels, proactively managing stock to reduce both overstock and stockouts while accounting for supplier lead times and production variability.
  • Work closely with warehouse, supply chain, sales, ecommerce, and finance teams to align inventory management with operational and commercial objectives.
  • Leverage SAP, IBP, Excel, and HANA reporting tools to extract insights, track performance metrics, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Analyse commercial data and financial impacts to optimise inventory strategies and support business goals.
Requirements
  • Possess 3-5 years' experience in inventory and demand planning, ideally within apparel, lingerie, or similar fashion sectors.
  • Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and manage extensive SKU portfolios accurately.
  • Show proficiency in SAP, IBP, Excel, and HANA reporting tools.
  • Cultivate effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and a focus on continuous improvement in fast-moving environments.
