Customer Success Representative

Dormakaba is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and representing our company in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Liaising with Internal Sales: Ensure that spare part quotes are submitted and followed up in a timely manner.
- Managing Key Accounts: Foster relationships with key state-based accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate exceptional organizational, planning, and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Customer Service: Provide regular reporting and meetings to our clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to drive business growth.
