About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at MYOB. As a key member of our Group Services team, you'll play a critical role in monitoring and controlling accounts in accordance with our contracts' terms and conditions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Handle enquiries via our ticketing system, actioning client tickets and fielding any unrelated queries to the relevant department.
  • Making proactive calls to resolve outstanding debts.
  • Handling inbound inquiries from clients or internal partners.
  • Contribute to the achievement of team targets related to MYOB debtors.
  • Raising complex queries to your supervisor.

What We're Looking For

  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, specifically the administration of accounts.
  • Experience in a credit control/accounts receivable role.
  • Experience in an accounts/finance environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Proficient in the use and application of CRM systems/finance software packages.
