About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our Carbon Maintenance team as a Crew Leader. This exciting opportunity will see you leading a maintenance team across the Carbon department, ensuring site safety and operational standards are adhered to.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting and guiding a high-performing maintenance team
  • Maintaining a safe work environment for your team members
  • Conducting daily shift start meetings and monitoring KPIs
  • Liaising with operations and asset management teams to address operational issues
About You
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional safety performance
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build credibility across the organization
