As we strive for innovation and continuous improvement, we are seeking an experienced Crew Leader to join our Carbon Maintenance team at our Bell Bay Aluminium smelter.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and leading a maintenance team across the Carbon department, ensuring site safety and operational standards are adhered to, and maintaining a safe work environment for their team.

About You

To be considered for this role, you must have a proven record of delivering outstanding safety performance, demonstrate proactive and positive leadership skills that result in an effective, engaged team, and possess strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Previous maintenance experience is essential, and SAP knowledge is desirable.

What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive base salary of $95,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on your skills and experience.
