Key Responsibilities:

As a Facility Operations Manager, your duties will encompass:

Ensuring a safe and enjoyable atmosphere through diligent oversight. Upholding high standards of facility presentation and operational safety at all times. Guaranteeing adherence to health and safety regulations, implementing comprehensive safety measures throughout the facility. Promoting a culture of outstanding customer service among team members and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

Previous experience in a supervisory role within a recreational setting, with significant lifeguarding and staff management experience. Flexibility to work varied hours to meet the operational demands of the facility. A current National Police Clearance. Required certifications, including Pool Lifeguard, Group 1 Pool Operators Certificate, LIWA accreditation, and Provide First Aid Certificate.
