We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our operations engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing resources, schedules, and risk under uncertainty, with expertise in data-based decision making, modeling complex systems, and framing executive decisions supported by engineering analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Operations Team: Manage a team of engineers and data analysts to focus on critical problems and drive progress toward ambitious targets.
  • Optimize Resources: Align people, processes, products, parts, and physical plant to meet safety, quality, output, and efficiency goals.
  • Analyze Complex Problems: Drive towards optimal solutions in uncertain and ambiguous landscapes, leveraging operational data to identify trends and propose leading indicators.
  • Develop Advanced Tools: Create tools to analyze delivery, capacity, costs vs benefits, supply chain, and operations, guiding executive decisions in anticipation of change.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in manufacturing, military, aerospace, or automotive environments.
  • Experience leading teams of engineers/technicians.
