The role of Credit Controller is a key position within the Stage and Screen accounts receivable credit control team. Reporting to the Finance Operations Leader, this position plays a vital role in delivering financial information to our customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Stage and Screen specialises in providing travel management services to the creative, sporting and entertainment industries. As an integral part of the united finance team, this opportunity assists the Stage and Screen brand in transacting a debtor portfolio within the Australian Corporate Travel division of Flight Centre Travel Group.

This role involves working closely with other experienced credit controllers, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and resolving issues within a complex debtor portfolio. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering financial information to our customers, collaborating with other credit controllers and accounts receivable teams
  • SUPPORTING leaders in driving strategic initiatives, implementing new processes, and meeting key performance indicators
  • FOLLOWING established credit and collection policies and procedures
  • RESOLVING issues and navigating complex debt portfolios with accounts payable teams

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Experience working directly with customers and building strong relationships
  • Previous experience processing client payments, reconciling accounts, or monitoring debtor balances
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of programs, particularly Excel
  • A high level of ownership, teamwork skills, and positive attitude
  • Organised and experience working in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communications skills and ability to navigate complex stakeholder groups
