Job Opportunity: Construction Project Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a senior project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to completion.

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the project.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including financial performance and quality control.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or similar, with minimum 7 to 15 years+ experience in the successful delivery of projects from start to finish with a fit-out contractor or builder.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or similar.
  • Minimum 7 to 15 years+ experience in the successful delivery of projects from start to finish with a fit-out contractor or builder.
  • Proven leadership ability in building and motivating teams.
  • Detailed knowledge of local council and regulatory requirements/standards.
  • Strong project financial reporting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
