This role requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of the beauty industry and a proven track record in crafting engaging content that resonates with audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and curate compelling beauty stories across various platforms, showcasing expertise in makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality content, including tutorials, product reviews, and trend reports, that meet the highest standards of creativity and production value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of beauty content with broader campaigns and brand strategies.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and adapting formats to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align beauty storytelling with fashion, home, and lifestyle content, ensuring a cohesive brand voice.
  • Bring innovative ideas and fresh perspectives to brainstorms and content planning sessions, driving creative growth and disruption.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a beauty editor, makeup artist, or retail professional with a strong background in the industry.
  • Exceptional makeup application skills and ability to translate them to camera-ready tutorials and videos.
  • Genuine on-camera presence, confident, authentic, energetic, and professional.
  • Strong social media acumen, with experience driving content that performs on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Ability to write, ideate, and produce beauty-led concepts with sharp, on-brand copy.
  • Understanding of styling with an eye for fashion and wider cultural relevance.
  • Natural collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
