**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled clinical operations director to lead our neuroscience unit at Healthscope.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and maintaining a positive work environment for our staff.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the unit to drive excellence in patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain strong relationships with our VMO partners, demonstrating a customer-centric approach to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide strategic leadership to the unit, coordinating evidence-based nursing care and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Accountable for the effective management of human, financial, and material resources, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives through data-driven decision making and collaborative teamwork.
  • Prioritize direct patient care as needed, promoting a culture of safety and respect.

**Essential Criteria:**

  • Current registration with AHPRA.
  • Minimum 5 years of acute neuroscience nursing experience.
  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field or willingness to pursue further education.
  • Previous ANUM or clinical nurse specialist experience is desirable.
  • Excellent clinical knowledge and sound judgment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on positivity and respect.
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Highly developed computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and various databases.

**What We Offer:
