Healthscope Clinical Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Manager to join our Healthscope team in a Neuroscience setting.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized professional to lead and manage the clinical operations of our Neuroscience unit, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and efficient use of resources.
As a Clinical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating a learning culture that promotes continuous improvement, maintaining effective working relationships with our VMO partners, and providing clinical operational direction to ensure seamless delivery of nursing care.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and teamwork among staff members.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient safety and quality of care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize resource allocation and efficiency.
- Degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- Minimum 5 years of acute Neuroscience nursing experience.
- Postgraduate qualification in relevant field or willingness to pursue further education.
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A competitive salary of $140,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
