Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled painting and decorating professional with IRATA Level 2 certification and a Certificate III in Painting and Decorating.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing painting and decorating tasks on various projects, including external facade repairs and general building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and execute Safe Work Method Statements
  • Complete job work scopes, including painting and external facade repairs
  • Supervise site teams and technician job tasks
  • Manage all site WHS requirements, including SWMS and incident reporting
  • Client liaison and reporting
  • Act as the main point of contact between the job technician team and head office
  • Provide leadership to on-site staff, sub-contractors, and other relevant parties
  • Investigate and resolve client complaints
  • Ensure safety policies are strictly adhered to

Requirements:

  • IRATA Level 2 certification
  • Certificate III in Painting and Decorating
  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of WHS requirements
  • Ability to manage jobs and staff, including organisation of required tools, equipment, and specific materials
