What You'll Do:

• Deliver Excellence: Provide top-tier painting services using industry-leading products and techniques.
• Bespoke Finishes: Apply a range of luxurious finishes to create stunning aesthetics.
• Project Management: Work to schedules and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Client Engagement: Consult with clients throughout the project to ensure their vision is realized.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Manager and fellow team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Safety First: Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Stay Updated: Continuously improve your skills by keeping up with industry trends and new techniques.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional painting experience, with a focus on high-end residential and commercial projects.
• Skills: Mastery of various finishes and products, with an eye for detail and precision.
• Certifications: Relevant trade certifications or qualifications.
• Attributes: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to excellence.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements with a proactive and flexible approach.
