At IPAR, we are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a rehabilitation healthcare professional, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with injuries or health conditions to achieve return to work outcomes.

This diverse role offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to manage your own day while being supported by a strong and close-knit team of driven and energetic healthcare professionals. You will work closely with clients, employers, and medical professionals to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Case management and assessment of client needs
  • Development and implementation of personalized return to work plans
  • Collaboration with employers and employees to identify and address barriers to return to work

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences, or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • General or Provisional registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Psychologist or eligibility for Full membership with Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC)
  • Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry would be highly regarded
