We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team as an Orange Door Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families experiencing family violence.

The Orange Door is a specialist service that provides first response to those seeking assistance after family violence and child well-being concerns. Our primary focus is working with people using violence, but we also support victims/survivors and children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Provide short-term support to individuals impacted by family violence, including advice and referrals.">
  • Focus on risk management, safety planning, and making appropriate referrals.">
  • Conduct child wellbeing checks and complete child wellbeing assessments.">
  • Complete risk assessments on people using violence.">
  • Complete MARAM's with Victim Survivors.">
  • Adhere to documentation and record keeping requirements.">
