About Acumen

We are a leading provider of rehabilitation services to the Australian Defence Force (ADF). As an ADF Rehabilitation Consultant at Acumen, you will play a critical role in supporting the rehabilitation journey of ADF personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement holistic rehabilitation plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Utilize clinical reasoning skills to support individuals with diverse injuries, illnesses, or trauma.
  • Work with motivated clients to develop, implement, and monitor their rehabilitation plans, with access to onsite medical and treatment providers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA or ESSA).
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Osteopathy.
  • Strong clinical reasoning skills.
  • The ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal.
  • A passion for helping people rehabilitate.
