About APM

APM is a leading provider of rehabilitation services to the Australian Defence Force (ADF). As an ADF Rehabilitation Consultant at APM, you will play a critical role in supporting the rehabilitation journey of ADF personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement holistic rehabilitation plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of clients.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to clients.
  • Utilize clinical reasoning skills and expertise to assess and address the complex needs of clients.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote independence and self-management.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based rehabilitation programs and protocols.

Requirements:

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA or ESSA).
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Osteopathy.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality rehabilitation services.
