About Us
At Max Solutions, we are committed to providing safe working conditions for our staff. As a trainer and assessor with us, you will have the opportunity to develop the skills of students in various certificate courses, including Individual Support, Allied Health, Aged Care, and Community Services.
The Role
We are seeking a permanent trainer who can deliver online training with an option to do face-to-face training. You will be responsible for skilling students in a minimum of a Cert II and Cert III level to begin or further progress their career path.
Responsibilities
- To use your current training experience to play a part in developing people's careers.
- To impart not just the theory, but real-life stories of workforce experiences.
- To be part of a national training company and supportive team.
- To communicate a message in different styles and approaches to ensure your message is received by a range of learners.
- To have an inclusive and supportive approach to people.
- To engage, support, and empower students to gain the qualification.
Requirements
- To hold a current up-to-date TAE40116 including LLN or TAE 401A and TAEASS502 or 502B.
- To hold a minimum of a Cert III in Individual Support (Disability, Aged, or Home and Community).
- To be a driven, supportive, and community-minded person, able to work with a range of learners to support them in building future opportunities for themselves through learning.
- To have excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within vocational areas.
- To have current experience in your industry to share skills and knowledge with new students in this field.
- To be willing to travel to multiple site locations.
