We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Solutions Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for demonstrating our financial solutions to prospects and existing clients, leveraging your expertise in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in remote and on-site demonstration meetings with sales representatives to answer technical and operational accounting questions.
  • Enhance the sales team's knowledge of our financial solutions to better understand and meet prospect needs.
  • Coach sales team members on effective strategies, positioning, and objection handling.
  • Lead internal training sessions to improve accounting knowledge and enhance skills.
  • Analyze sales cycle data to identify areas for improvement and optimize our sales process.
  • Coordinate with product, support, and setup teams to understand development roadmaps and support inquiries, ensuring smooth implementations.
  • Communicate the cultural and intangible impacts experienced by sales representatives.
  • Improve overall email etiquette and communication skills among team members.
  • Provide insights into why current clients chose our financial solutions, including experiences and stories.
  • Assist the partnership and consulting teams in demonstrations for PE and CPA firms.
  • Support Customer Success by joining calls to address accounting and app-related questions.
  • Develop training content to enhance the sales team's knowledge and skills.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the competitive landscape to serve as a subject matter expert.
  • Revise and organize sales collateral as needed to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Help increase individual sales close rates by optimizing sales strategies and techniques.
  • Assist with technical or IT evaluations of our financial application.
