Aged Care Registered Nurse

Bass Coast Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Griffith Point Lodge, a residential aged care facility in San Remo. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care to residents, assessing their needs and developing individualized care plans
- Administer medications, manage wounds, and provide wound care
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure residents' needs are met
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure seamless care delivery
- Current registration with AHPRA
- A sound knowledge of funding models and aged care regulations
- Competent medication administration and wound care skills
- Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills
- Commitment to high-quality aged care and patient-centered care
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Valid Police Check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
