Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care to residents, assessing their needs and developing individualized care plans
- Administer medications, manage wounds, and provide basic care to residents
- Work collaboratively with the Nurse Unit Manager and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the care experience for residents and staff
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Sound knowledge of funding models, including AN-ACC
- Competent medication administration skills
- Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills
- Commitment to high-quality aged care and a patient-centered approach
