Track Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Track Maintenance Professional to join our team in Kilmore East. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our railway tracks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing over 300 kilometres of railway tracks, working on both passenger and freight lines. This will involve laying, aligning, repairing, and maintaining railway tracks throughout the region, as well as replacing and/or renewing track & crossing materials such as sleepers, rail, ballast, and fastenings.

  • Replacement and/or renewal of track & crossing materials (e.g., sleepers, rail, ballast, and fastenings).
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A valid Victorian Driver’s License.
  • Completed Year 10 or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manual labouring role (advantageous).
  • A strong awareness for risk and safety practices.
  • The ability to use hand tools.
