The Project
We are seeking a skilled Delivery Manager to join our team on a critical project, the Tram Grade Separation Projects. This project involves replacing level crossings with tram overpasses, removing the interface with road traffic and creating new public spaces beneath. The project will improve network efficiency and safety at its locations for all users.
Your Opportunity
As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for delivering your section of this project to time, cost, quality, and compliance dimensions. You will bring experience in the delivery of structures works in a rail environment and managing works under rail occupations. You will also have experience in heavy lift operations and structural steel fabrication and construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver your section of the project to time, cost, quality, and compliance dimensions.

- Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in quality assurance, control, and completions management in various disciplines; Civil, Mechanical, Rail, and Utilities.
- Relevant technical qualifications. Tertiary Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering discipline preferred.
- Operational experience in the application of quality management principles in the construction industry.
- Detailed understanding of relevant Australian and International standards, both technical and those related to management systems.
- High-level communication, consultation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Solid relationship and team-building skills.
- Ability to accurately record activities and ensure business processes are adhered to.
