About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead our software delivery projects in the Education sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of both our customers and our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and influence implementation specialists and project managers to deliver software projects on time and within budget.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external customers, focusing on proactive collaboration and communication.
  • Address stakeholder needs to meet organisational goals and oversee potential risks affecting operations and projects.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement in software delivery practices.
Requirements
  • Proven customer-facing experience as a Program Manager in software delivery, preferably within the education or government sector.
  • Experience working on software delivery projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, PMP).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple software projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements and project requirements.
