Drive Innovation in Energy Transition
">As the energy landscape evolves, we need visionary professionals to lead the way. In this exciting role, you will spearhead negotiations with industry partners and engage with government and communities to implement our vision for sustainable energy hubs.
Our goal is to transition thermal generation sites into thriving energy hubs that deliver innovative solutions across various industries. As a key member of our team, you will work on developing business cases and creating optimal project commercial structures for a portfolio of development projects, including green hydrogen production facilities.
This challenging role requires translating innovative thinking into practical, commercially viable solutions that drive towards a low-carbon future.
Key responsibilities include:
">- Implementing our go-to-market strategy for energy hubs
- Reviewing technology and partnership opportunities for strategic and commercial alignment
- Developing Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) for concept/pre-feasibility work and advancing complex commercial negotiations
Requirements for success include:
">- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Commercial, Legal, Project Management or related disciplines
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the energy industry, ideally in renewable energy generation, energy storage, hydrogen, and decarbonisation technology
- Advanced negotiation, contract development, and management skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty in decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse portfolio of projects
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
