Complex Case and Team Development Officer

The Department of Veterans' Affairs is seeking a skilled Complex Case and Team Support Officer to join their team. This role is responsible for providing guidance on complex issues related to services provided for clients with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on complex case matters.
- Liaise with various business groups regarding ongoing eligibility for Household Services and Attendant Care.
- Prepare documentation supporting Catastrophic Injury Determinations.
- Contribute to the management and creation of procedural support documents.
- Provide input to and draft Ministerial briefs and requests for information as required.
- Investigate complaints and instigate remedial action where necessary.
- Provide staff training as required.
- Undertake additional duties as directed.
