Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Experience Host to join our team. As the face of our property, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests at every interaction.

  • Handle guest billing with accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in a luxury or lifestyle hotel environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Opera Cloud.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Valid Australian Working Rights.
