Key Responsibilities:
  • Driving the expansion and refinement of Real-time Journeys and Event Planning modules
  • Implementing new features, documenting solutions and enhancements, and developing expertise in key areas
  • Advising on configuration of security roles, permissions, and customer engagement settings, including the customer insights connector
  • Collaborating with internal teams to design and develop nurture activities such as customer journey processes, trigger-based marketing, campaigns, and content personalisation
  • Providing guidance on implementing brand and compliance profiles, preference and compliance centres, and consent management
  • Offering technical expertise to enhance internal team skills throughout the optimisation process
Requirements:
  • Proven experience configuring and using features across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys and Data products
  • Experience in implementing and refining Real-time Journeys and Event Planning modules to support marketing and event activities and automation
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and technical solutions to support them
  • Familiarity with Australian privacy laws, data protection regulations, and government IT systems and processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
