Job Opportunity

Overview of the Position

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to fill a key role within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring solutions within Case Management for Customer Service in Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance during workshops to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Configure Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet specific business requirements, developing high-quality plugins, workflows, and Azure service integrations.
  • Ensure functions affected by changes are implemented within configuration guidelines.
  • Contribute to setting development standards and ensure configuration standards are adhered to.
  • Maximise solution delivery with the least impact while undertaking all activities in accordance with agreed service levels and procedures.
  • Understand and work towards achieving quality standards.
  • Assess and report on risks that could impact on systems and data security, ensuring appropriate mitigation practices are in place.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Hands-on experience in Power Automate, Power BI.
  • Exposure to Azure Service Bus and Azure Functions.
  • Experience with Azure Pipelines and DevOps delivery.
