We work with senior management on strategic plans, process improvements, and technology integration to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Promote innovative practices to apply modern construction methods that meet client, company, and contractual standards.

Develop and present construction plans, schedules, and progress reports.

Oversee subcontractor engagement and management, ensuring strong contract and financial management with accurate forecasting and profit maximization.

Maintain stakeholder relationships with clients, community, and external parties.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Tier One contractors and background in infrastructure projects, including civil, earthworks, roadworks, and rail.
  • Knowledge of material processing, crushing, screening, and blasting, as well as transferable experience from related disciplines.
  • Passion for teamwork and meeting deadlines, with excellent time management skills and understanding of HSEQ systems, compliance, and reporting.
