Project Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity to shape landmark projects in NSW as a construction project leader.

You will oversee projects across various sectors, including civil engineering, earthworks, drainage, remediation, and large-scale infrastructure development.

  • Lead projects from inception to completion, sometimes as a Project Director
  • Mentor and guide project teams, building expertise across the organization
  • Take ownership of workplace safety, quality, and compliance standards
  • Collaborate closely with clients, fostering strong and lasting partnerships
  • Influence design and delivery outcomes with your technical knowledge
Requirements
  • Civil Engineering degree or diploma (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong background in project management and contract administration (AS4000, AS2124, etc.)
  • Hands-on knowledge of roads, drainage, utilities, subdivisions, and infrastructure development
  • The confidence to lead, the skill to solve complex problems, and the drive to deliver results
