Our team is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of sports field and open space construction projects. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating stakeholder engagement, overseeing on-site execution, and ensuring each project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, civil construction, turf management, or a related field. You will excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and leading cross-functional teams. Your technical knowledge of sports field and open space construction methodologies, turf management practices, drainage irrigation systems, earthworks, and associated equipment and machinery will be essential in driving project success.

You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Strong communication, problem-solving, and IT literacy skills are crucial in this role. A current driver's license and construction white card are mandatory requirements.

  • Lead and manage project delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and manage project programs, resource plans, and budgets.
  • Coordinate procurement of materials, subcontractors, and specialist services.
  • Oversee on-site works, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and progress meetings.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and staff to maintain strong communication and relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
