As a Therapeutic Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your local community by providing life-changing support that enhances independence, access, development, health, and wellbeing.
We are expanding our team to support individuals living in the Central Coast region and welcome an experienced Therapeutic Support Specialist to join our purpose-driven team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services
- Assess clients' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments
- Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals tailored to each client
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life
- Mentor and nurture early career clinicians
- Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance
