Job Opportunity

This is a Temporary Full Time opportunity to lead the implementation of a transformative initiative in response to the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse. The Adult Survivors Program aims to provide strategic governance and project oversight, including planning, delivery, reporting, and evaluation.

The successful candidate will coordinate meaningful engagement across executive, clinical, community, and government stakeholders to ensure the embedding of trauma-informed, person-centred care across services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing strategic governance and project oversight for the local implementation of the Adult Survivors Program.
  • Coordinating engagement across executive, clinical, community, and government stakeholders to promote meaningful collaboration.
  • Ensuring the embedding of trauma-informed, person-centred care across services.

Requirements:

  • Leadership approach with relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Experience leading cross-sector projects in health, community services, or related areas.
  • Deep understanding of trauma-informed practice and the needs of people accessing mental health or AOD support.
