About the Job:We are seeking a dedicated Aged Care Professional to join our team at our residential aged care home in Cardwell, QLD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents and supporting our staff.
The successful candidate will have a passion for aged care and a commitment to providing safe, supportive care to our residents. You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve excellent care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver quality care to residents
- Review and update care plans
- Conduct baseline and focussed assessments
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- CURRENT AHPRA REGISTRATION AS A REGISTERED NURSE (RN)
- Valid Australian Work Rights
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- POLICE CHECK
- Clinical experience in aged care sector (desirable)
