This full-time position involves servicing clients with technical expertise, ensuring a positive experience for both you and the client, with support from our front-line team handling triaging.

About You

This is a customer-facing role requiring excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as strong technical expertise. The role demands a high level of autonomy, so good time management and organizational skills are essential.

Required technical skills include:

  • Windows Server (setup, administration, support, maintenance)
  • Exchange Server (2013/16/19)
  • Office 365 (migrations, hybrid configurations)
  • Remote Desktop/Terminal Server/Citrix
  • Backup solutions (Veeam, StorageCraft, Backup Exec)
  • Basic network troubleshooting, Cisco routers preferred
  • Basic telephone system support
  • Remote support tools (TeamViewer, Remote Desktop Manager)
