About the RoleThis full-time position involves servicing clients with technical expertise, ensuring a positive experience for both you and the client, with support from our front-line team handling triaging.
Key Responsibilities Include:- Provide remote and onsite IT support
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/network issues
- Maintain system performance, reliability, and security
- Collaborate with clients on technical needs
- Recommend technologies and assist in selection
- Create design and technical documentation
- Support junior staff and escalate issues as needed
- Monitor logs and respond to incidents
- Liaise with vendors

This is a customer-facing role requiring excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as strong technical expertise. The role demands a high level of autonomy, so good time management and organizational skills are essential.
Required technical skills include:
- Windows Server (setup, administration, support, maintenance)
- Exchange Server (2013/16/19)
- Office 365 (migrations, hybrid configurations)
- Remote Desktop/Terminal Server/Citrix
- Backup solutions (Veeam, StorageCraft, Backup Exec)
- Basic network troubleshooting, Cisco routers preferred
- Basic telephone system support
- Remote support tools (TeamViewer, Remote Desktop Manager)
