Program Manager Role

We are Woolworths Group, a leading retail company with a strong presence in Australia and New Zealand. We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of large-scale digital programs of work.

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for mobilizing, driving, and delivering complex digital programs that span multiple teams across the Woolworths Group. You will partner with business, product, and engineering digital leadership, coordinate work between multiple squads and stakeholders, and manage complex interdependencies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide strong leadership to the project team, guiding and supporting them throughout the program/project.
* Develop and execute comprehensive program/project plans, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery within budget.
* Engage stakeholders, maintain effective communication, and build strong relationships.
* Identify and manage program/project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing contingency plans as needed.
* Establish and uphold robust governance frameworks across multiple delivery disciplines to ensure program/project deliverables consistently meet or exceed required standards.
