We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team at Scope. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently and participate fully in their communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and autonomy.
  • Assist with daily tasks and goals, using a strengths-based approach to empower individuals to achieve their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised support plans.
  • Contribute to a safe and inclusive environment, promoting the rights and dignity of individuals with disabilities.

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee).
