JPC John Paul College is seeking an experienced Facilities Officer: Sports Infrastructure to support the college's sporting infrastructure and ensure the smooth operation of facilities across the campus.

The ideal candidate will have formal qualifications or experience in community sport and recreation management, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Maintenance of facilities, including pools, courts, and other amenities
  • Management of pool operations, reporting, and auditing
  • Collaboration with the sports department to plan support for TAS home fixtures
  • Overseeing external contractors and grounds employees as necessary

The successful applicant will be required to provide evidence of the following:

  • Pool Plant Operations (Aquatic Technical Operator)
  • Positive Paid Blue Card / Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain this by your start date)
  • Driver's License (Open License)
  • Current First Aid and CPR (or ability to obtain)
