Warehouse Support Position

We are seeking an individual to join our warehouse team in a Support Role. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt and dispatch of products, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will be working closely with our operations team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Unloading, unpacking, and processing incoming stock and materials.
  • Conducting quality checks on both incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Packing and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Performing general warehouse duties as required.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal.
  • A basic understanding of WH&S issues within a warehouse environment.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Physical ability to lift 20kg on a regular basis.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
