Warehouse Operations Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position requiring a strong commitment to workplace safety and health, excellent organization and customer service skills.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in warehouse operations, a good understanding of computers, and the ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly. A current manual driver's license and high-risk forklift license (LF) are also essential requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unpacking and checking stock against delivery dockets efficiently
  • Picking, packing, and dispatching orders in a timely manner
  • Assisting with regular stock takes, cycle count procedures, and location reports
  • Ensuring accurate receipting and dispatch administration procedures
  • Inspecting and maintaining items according to quality control techniques
  • General store and housekeeping duties
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the supply chain process

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A current manual driver's license
  • A current high-risk forklift license (LF)
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations
  • Good computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
  • A strong commitment to workplace safety and health
  • Excellent organization and customer service skills
