We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to spearhead our Dotnet development efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished professional to shape our company's technological direction and contribute to the development of innovative software solutions.
Main Responsibilities- Guide and mentor junior developers in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technology evaluations
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications using Dotnet technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions
- At least 5 years of experience in leading Dotnet development teams
- Strong knowledge of Dotnet framework, C#, and related technologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
