Senior Civil Engineer Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced civil engineer to work on projects with earthworks, in-ground services and civil structures.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and conducting professional engineering work without direct supervision, consulting and advising on specialist engineering areas, supervising and coordinating multi-disciplined design activities, controlling and managing technical interfaces between disciplines, with equipment suppliers and subcontractors, and assisting in the preparation of forecasts and the constructability of projects.

Your Skills and Qualifications

Tertiary qualifications in Civil / Structural or equivalent are required. You will also need substantial experience in Civil / Structural Engineering of energy/utilities projects, a valid driver's license, and proficient skills in computers: MS Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook.

You will require strong communication skills (oral & written), including negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to establish effective working relationships at various levels both internally and externally.
