About the Role

MinterEllison is seeking a highly skilled Data Business Analyst to join our team. As a Data Business Analyst, you will be responsible for applying business analysis skills to analyze, evaluate, document, and implement business processes and practices for data management, data governance, and service management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify and document business data requirements.
  • Develop and maintain data governance frameworks and policies.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and verification processes.
  • Support the development of business cases for data-related projects.
  • Provide data analysis and insights to support business decision-making.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of business analysis principles and practices, as well as experience working with data management and governance frameworks. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in a field such as business, information technology, or data science.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data business analyst role.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis principles and practices.
  • Experience working with data management and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
